Here are some other practical tips!
Pairs
of things throughout your home are symbolic of partnership or
relationship.
Place
yourself in a powerful position when lying in bed, standing at
the stove, or sitting at your desk. Power positions means the
ability to see the door, but not be in the direct line with it.
Bedrooms
are for rest and intimacy. If possible do not have a television,
computer, exercise equipment, desk, or anything under the bed.
Too much clutter or lots of books near the bed make it difficult
for your mind to slow and calm down at the end of the day.
When
entering the house, if the first room you go into is the kitchen,
it is believed food will be the focus. There is the potential
for weight gain. Use a different door! The approach and entrance
to your home is very important and sets the tone for your experience
of the house.
Is what you first see attractive, calming and uplifting? Or, is
it more focused on the maintenance of the house and the chores
you need to do? Create an attractive and sacred approach/entrance
to your home.
Dried
flowers are dead and have little to no life force. Remove and
replace with live or colorful silk plants. Painting a room is
the quickest and least expensive way to shift and uplift the energy.
Consider
the function of the room and choose a color that instinctively
feels like ti would contribute to the use of the room.
